The Lawrence County Transportation Department is better known as the Bus Shop. We are located at 13870 Highway 157 in Moulton.

           Currently, our staff consist of one supervisor, one manager, one secretary, four mechanics, two shop assistant,  and eighty-four bus drivers.

             At the present time we run 76 regular, 8 special needs, 5 trade school,  and 3 alternative bus route a day. We average transporting 2983 students and traveling 1975 miles twice a day.

          The Lawrence County Transportation Department has been recognize by the State of Alabama Department of Pupil Transportation  for the past ten years as one of the top 10 bus shops in the state of Alabama.
