New Supplier Requirements

Congratulations on being selected as a new supplier for Lawrence County Schools!

We look forward to doing business with you.  As a new supplier it is very important that we recieve the below information from your company, if we do not recieve it prior to recieving your invoice there could be payment delays.

As a new supplier prior to being able to process payments to you, we require:

1. A  W9 for your business

2. E-Verify Confirmation Sheet
