| Hazlewood High
is a 1A school is located one block from Alabama Highway 20 in the
community of Town Creek. The school educates an average of 220
students from 7th through 12th grade. The staff of 30 is
comprised of 23 teachers and 7 support workers. Hazlewood
Elementary is the feeder school, it is located a block from the
Hazlewood High campus.
The school's oldest structure, six classroom and an
auditorium was built in 1928. A new gymnasium was added in
1958. The vocation building housing Agriscience and Family
and Consumer Science was built in 1960. In 1975, six
classrooms, a library and science lab was added. The last
addition in 2003 was the addition of a science room and
chemistry lab.
