    Mrs. Rutherford

    Mrs. Rutherford teaches 2nd grade at Hazlewood Elementary. She spent twenty-two years in Limestone County as a second grade teacher and special education instructional assistant. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Athens State University. Mrs. Rutherford is married and has a rambunctious two year old, a bonus daughter that is a senior at Priceville High, and a bonus 24 year old son. She loves challenging children and watching them learn and grow! She says "Their excitement is contagious and rewarding. I am so very thankful that God allowed me the opportunity to teach here at Hazlewood."
